Elisa Spallarossa is CEO and BIM Manager in Archimede srl engineering company, and has been, for three years, chief engineer and BIM manager at Galliera Hospital in Genoa, Italy, one of the first public italian Bim (building information modelling ) oriented health Public Administrations.
Her experience begins with civil structural design and is also applied to bridges and buildings management systems application, and continues deepening her knowledge in building information modelling application and processes.
• Since February 2017 she has achieve ICMQ Certification in Building Information Modeling Expert – BIM MANAGER.
• Since March 2018 she has been elected a professional Member in RICS – project management
• Since July 2019 she has achieved RICS BIM MANAGER Certification
Among different technical consultancies and engineering design experiences, she also teaches at different Master’s Degree in Bim Management and BIM specialist of different Italian Universities (Politecnico di Torino, Università di Ingegneria di Pisa, Università di Ingegneria di Genova, Università la Sapienza di Roma).
She is a member of the national UNI standards commission on Bim implementation (UNI/CT 033/GL 05 “Codificazione dei prodotti e dei processi costruttivi in edilizia”)
As a Bim Manager she is responsible for contract language definition, for Bim plan implementation, and has been implementing the hospital bim guides, and editing and preparing specific documents for BIM tenders for design, construction and asset management of the Galliera Hospital BIM model, both of the New Hospital and the existing monumental Hospital.
She has dealt with the development and management of the European project INDICATE, taking care also of existing historical hospital digitalization, design coordination and model checking and organizing different international forums and presentations. Genova, 14/02/202
